Ingredients (per serving)

  • 60g black tapioca pearls
  • 150ml strong brewed black tea (e.g. Assam), cooled
  • 15–30ml fructose (to taste)
  • 100ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Ice

Method

  1. Cook the tapioca pearls in boiling water following the pack instructions, then rest and drain.
  2. Brew a strong black tea and let it cool.
