Shipping Information

Boba Tea Company ships orders from the following location:

Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days. High-volume wholesale pallet orders may take longer, subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs:

• Orders under £140.99 GBP: £8.00 delivery charge
• Orders between £141.00 GBP and £299.99 GBP: £20.00 delivery charge
• Free delivery for orders exceeding £300.00 GBP

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed after 2 pm (GMT) on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Customers may provide "safe place" delivery instructions, but this is at their own risk and subject to the discretion of the delivery driver.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

If the product received is faulty or incorrectly described, please provide supporting evidence for further investigation. If applicable, items under warranty will be replaced based on the findings of the investigation.

For damages occurring during transit, the courier company assumes full responsibility. In such cases, we recommend capturing clear photographic evidence of the packaging and product from multiple angles in good lighting. This will assist in investigating the matter with the courier.

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please email us immediately at info@bobateacompany.co.uk with photographic evidence of all received items so we can resolve the issue.

In the event that an order is dispatched but cannot be delivered due to lack of response or availability of the customer, and the items are returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for any courier fees incurred for re-delivery.
