You can turn off marketing email tracking at any time. Every marketing email includes a stop tracking link that lets you disable open and click tracking for future marketing emails. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails entirely using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Our legal basis for email tracking is your consent under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a), where consent is required or has been given. For email marketing to existing customers about similar products and services, we may also rely on the soft opt-in rules under PECR Regulation 22(3). Where PECR Regulation 6 applies to the use of tracking technologies, we provide clear information and an easy way to refuse or withdraw tracking.
